Day 1 – San Jose, Costa Rica
Meeting with the Bilingual-speaking guide at the airport, transfer and accommodation at the San Jose hotel. (Superior Package: Barceló San José Palacio or Presidente Hotel; Economy Package: Palma Real) (no meals).
Day 2 – San Jose – Tortuguero.
Early in the morning you will visit Tortuguero National Park (shared tour). Your road will go through Braulio Carrillo National Park, which amazes by its flora. You will be offered breakfast on the road. At the Pavona you will get on the boat and swim over the “Happiness” river to the Tortuguero River, where you will have an amazing trip to your hotel. After lunch you will have a walking tour to the Tortuguero settlement (shared tour), where you will be able to visit Green Turtles Museum. Return to hotel afterwards. Accommodation at the Evergreen Lodge. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner).
Day 3 – Tortuguero
Full 8-hour long day of fishing on the 23” boat. Species of fish: tarpon, snook, barracuda, grouper, mackerel, snapper, mojarra, rainbow bass, machaca. Lunch during fishing (box-lunch). Accommodation and dinner at the evening. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner).
Day 4 – Tortuguero – La Fortuna.
After breakfast transfer to the Guapiles, where the national Costa Rican lunch will be waiting for you, then transfer to the Arenal Volcano Zone. Accommodation at the hotel (Superior Package: Hotel Los Lagos; Economy Package: Hotel Arenal Volcano Inn) (Breakfast/Lunch).
Day 5 – Canopy Tour – Tabacon Thermal Spa.
In the morning we offer you to have an amazing tour at the Adventure World park, which is located close to the Arenal Volcano. You will make 3km long tractor ride to the 1st zip line platform. First lines will be short to get some experience, but the next ones will be up to 980 meters long! While you will be riding between the platforms you can see two waterfalls Pino Blanco and La Fortuna, watch the Arenal Volcano and the Cerro Chato sleeping crater. At the end of tour you will walk through the rainforest to the magnificent La Fortuna waterfall, where you will be able to swim in the crystal clear water, take pictures and take a rest. While you will be going back to hotel, you will make a stop to learn the culture of the Indian Maleku Tribe, native inhabitants of this area. During the second half of the day you will visit Tabacon Thermal Spa, unique in Costa Rica and worldwide. Thermal spa are considered to be the representation of the Earth’s inner energy. Geologically, Tabacon hot springs resort consists by 97% of rainwater and 3% of magma. Rainwater enters the earth through fissures on the surface and is then heated by magma, located in the core of the Earth. After heating the waters rise to the surface and carry the minerals derived from the Earth’s rocky formations. There are five springs with temperatures between 25 and 50 degrees. Dinner at Tabacon. Transfer to hotel. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner).
Day 6 – La Fortuna – Quepos
After breakfast you will have transfer to the Manuel Antonio zone. Accommodation at the hotel (Superior Package: Hotel San Bada; Economy Package: Hotel Karahe) (Breakfast).
Day 7 – Quepos
Full 8-hour long day of fishing, boat size 28”. Fish species: Offshore fishing: three types of Marlins, sailfish, dorado, tuna, wahoo.
Inshore fishing: roosterfish, snappers, grouper, barracuda, jack, snook, bonito, mackerel, pompano, bluefin trevally, elagat, sharks and others.
Lunch on boar (box-lunch). After the end of the fishing you will have transfer to the hotel. (Breakfast/Lunch).
Day 8 – Quepos – San Jose
After breakfast you will have private transfer to the airport according to your flight. (Breakfast).
Day 9 – Quepos
Full day of fishing, boat size 28”. Fish species: Offshore fishing: three types of Marlins, sailfish, dorado, tuna, wahoo.
Inshore fishing: roosterfish, snappers, grouper, barracuda, jack, snook, bonito, mackerel, pompano, bluefin trevally, elagat, sharks and others.
Lunch during fishing(box-lunch). After the end of the fishing you will have transfer to the hotel. (Breakfast/Lunch).
Day 10 – Quepos
Free day for beach recreation. (Breakfast).
Day 11– Quepos – San Jose
After breakfast you will have private transfer to the airport according to your flight. (Breakfast).
